The app says “Searching for toys…” and nothing happens

• Use the Kinder Orchestra toys: Frog, Koala or Monkey. Other toys are not recognized.
• Turn on more light. Recognition works best in a bright room without strong glare.
• Place the toy on a plain, uncluttered surface and hold the device 20–50 cm (8–20 in) away.
• Move the device slowly around the toy so the camera sees it from a few angles.

I can't hear any music

• Check that the ring/silent switch is not set to silent and the volume is up.
• Music plays only while at least one toy is in view. Point the camera back at a toy.
• Use the sound button in the app to make sure audio is not muted.

The camera doesn't open

Kinder Orchestra needs the camera to see the toys. Go to Settings › Kinder Orchestra and turn on Camera, then reopen the app.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad models that support ARKit, running iOS 15 or later.
